CRM 4.0 on Mac OSX 10.5

For the curious: Here's a screenshot a client sent us of CRM 4.0 on Mac OSX 10.5. They used VMWare's Fusion 1.1 to run Windows inside their Mac. The nice thing about Fusion is that it opens the desired program in it's own window, so it doesn't look like you are connecting to a different desktop like Terminal Services or Virtual Server/PC.

Will the crm window respond to Expose' like native Mac windows will?

I think it will - haven't tested it, but it's actually a regular Mac window for the VM application that shows the IE window inside.

Metisc has a server side tool that synchronizes from Microsoft CRM to Microsoft Exchange. Mac OSX users can then use Entourage to access their contacts and calendar information using shared folders in exchange. This saves a lot of time installing VMware or Parallels desktop on each mac desktop - as if you only need your contacts and selected other information - you can get them without needing the Microsoft CRM client or browser.

Visit www.metisc.com for more information. The product releases Q4 of 2008 for Microsoft CRM
