Thanks to Ben Vollmer on his MidAtlanticCRM blog! Here's an entry he has about dynamically changing whether a field is Business Required or not on a CRM form using JavaScript in the OnChange event in CRM 3.0.

Thanks Mike! It also works with 1.x with some minor tweaking. (It was actually written for 1.2 and brought over to 3.0)
