This one pops up on the NG quite frequently: How do you copy and paste the text from a KB article in CRM? Once an article is published, users can't select the text. This Microsoft KB article provides a nice little piece of javascript to an ISV button that you add to the KB form in order to be able to copy the text: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=920123.
This also shows an often overlooked way to add client-side scripting to CRM forms by using the ISV.config.

CRM Survey Participation Request From Microsoft
From Microsoft to all CRM customers:
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM team invites you to give your feedback and have an impact on the future direction of the CRM product. We are sending a satisfaction and usage survey out to customers. This data will be used to better understand customer's needs, successes, and challenges with our product, and to direct our development efforts with future versions.
If you would like to participate, please click here to send your e-mail address to us (if the link doesn't work, e-mail crmsurv@microsoft.com). We only need your name and e-mail address to sign you up. In a few days you will receive an e-mail with a personal link inviting you to participate in the online survey.
Thank you in advance for you interest in CRM and your willingness to help us build a product that meets your needs.

CRM 3.0 For Small Business Server 2003 R2 Released
Microsoft has released an update of CRM 3.0 SBE for Small Business Server 2003 R2. They are calling it a "slipstream" update since it will replace the SBE product completely.
The CRM team posted on their CRM Team Blog about the release here. I particularly like the line at the end of the third paragraph: "the feature differences between the (SQL 2005) Workgroup and (SQL 2000) Standard ultimately resulted in breaking our reporting story." Next time I break something, I am just going to tell my boss that I broke his productivity "story." ;-)
